MEMBERSHIP / COMMUNITY MANAGER

As Membership Manager, you are going to be developing, managing and running the membership program of THE EMBASSIES. Your primary responsibility will be to identify the right strategy, execute the go-to-market and build the global community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy for THE EMBASSIES membership programs
  • Value Proposition & Product Standards
  • Define different membership tiers
  • On-boarding strategy, language, operational model for collaboration with gastronomy and residences
  • Co-create the integration into the digital ecosystem
  • Programming Format & Content Pillars Strategy
  • Source, negotiate and execute brand partnerships
  • Source, negotiate and execute media partnerships
  • Develop application process, curation process, committees
  • Create benchmarks, reports and best-practices for THE EMBASSIES board
  • Manage own- and paid media channels to increase awareness and engagement
  • Build up thought leadership position for THE EMBASSIES
  • Commission and manage external agencies and freelancers
  • Sales and Marketing on-the-ground membership execution for first location (in Europe)
  • Full budget responsibility
  • Report directly to CEO

Requirements

  • Hungriness to learn and explore new territory
  • Profound experience in a senior position in private members club, lifestyle club
  • Proven track record in the hospitality, lifestyle, travel, leisure business
  • Natural curiosity for new tools and platforms and an intrinsic curiosity to learn
  • Experience in managing multiple project streams within a challenging constraint of time and budget
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, ideally with P&L responsibility
  • Passion for hospitality, real-estate and healthcare market
  • Favorably a degree in literature, architecture, communications or equivalent practical experience
  • Profound technical skills in content creation, management tools, production of digital + print projects
  • Fluency in English, German and preferably additional language
  • Highly organized and enjoying a flexible working environment
  • High travel demand
